"Behavioral Bustle" - a stunning success!
LVIMA's first special event "busts" expectations

100 Las Vegas interactive professionals were at the Mystere Theater inside Treasure Island Thursday night, May 15th and were welcomed with an unusual venue as well as some tasty apps.  They typical circles formed and intermingled as the night progressed as everyone seemed to breathe a sigh of relief that the week was coming to a close.

The evening kicked off with Jim Nichols (http://oldestliving.blogspot.com/ ) who spoke to the privacy implications of behavioral targeting dispelling myths for us while providing an overview of the need for us to continuously defend this tactic by educating our companies and users.

Paul Oronotz, Director of Sales for Specific Media gave us an outstanding presentation about the network behavioral targeting space.  He defined conventional and advanced segmentation and how they play a factor in someone's behavioral strategy.  Included with this was a list of best practices which was a great takeaway.

Liberty Carras, VP of Sales for DrivePM opened with a discussing on Targeting and the Holistic Media Strategy "Then" and "Now".  She went on to dissect user behavior and relay appropriate phases marketers should use to distinguish their tactics and corresponsive messages to users engaged with their company's site.

The evening's presentation ended with a video (including advanced special effects - not) that gave everyone a sneak peak into the future for this year's topics.

KushTV shot the entire evening on video as the crowd reconvened with cocktails and appetizers.  It was a fantastic night filled with a lot of strategic discussion and positive comments with LVIMA members wanting more...

You got it!
